ERA was founded with one clear mission: to help the next generation of basketball players grow both on and off the court. Our roots are personal. After having the opportunity to play college basketball, our founder knew that it was the guidance, support, and discipline of great coaches that made it possible. Their influence created a lasting impact—and ERA was created to continue that legacy.
At ERA, we focus on developing not only skilled athletes but also well-rounded individuals. We believe in hard work, integrity, and respect—values that build strong teams and even stronger character. Whether an athlete’s goal is to play at the next level or simply become the best version of themselves, we’re here to guide them every step of the way.

What We Offer Your Athlete
1. Competitive Teams
We offer competitive teams for 4th - 12th grade, giving players the chance to grow, develop, and compete at the right level. Our top teams participate in the RecruitLook Circuit, one of the nation’s top platforms for exposure and high-level competition.
From beginners to elite players, we provide the structure and coaching to help athletes reach their full potential.
2. Weekly Practices
Our practices are about more than just drills—they are about coming together as a team. We emphasize unselfish play, mutual support, and learning to move, think, and succeed as one. Our players build each other up and hold each other accountable, on and off the court.
3. Lessons
Group Lessons are available to anyone. Our group sessions are designed to help players grow—no matter their experience — ranging from beginner to advanced. We group athletes by skill level so they can build confidence, improve fundamentals, and develop their game in a fun, focused environment.
Private Lessons are available upon request. Athletes do not need to be rostered on an ERA team to do lessons!
